Mkomazi
National Park is one of Tanzania's newest national parks, and
is part of the largest trans-border national park in the world,
almost 26,000 sq kilometers
including Kenya's Tsavo East and West National Parks.
An immense area in which to explore one of northern Tanzania's
last wildernesses,
a
place well off the beaten path,with few facilities and even fewer
tourist hordes.
Mkomazi is perfect for those sated on the wildlife experiences
of
the Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Mkomazi is also home to two endangered species,
the
black rhino and African wild dogs.
